STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

John Godwin, chief executive of Tri-State Telephone. Tri-State Telephone is going to get out of his mess. At last night’s public hearing 150 angry customers had marched in to protest to tri-state and the protesters had presented state regulators with some sophisticated economic analyses in support of their case and their service are so weak because their service has not for all long distance.

 
OBJECTIVE

To recognize and analyzing what are the conditions of meaningful engagement and utilizing those opportunities and challenges to build relations to costumers.

Area of Consideration:

  1. The strength of this case, it is showed the chief executive the situation and the problem of their company is can surpass.

Advantage

  • good relationship together
  • Qualified to understand or communication in their situation
  • He will respect their chief executive

 

Disadvantage

  • he is not the ideal chief executive
  • he cannot understand the communication to the customer
  • he is not respectful person

  1. The weakness of this case, it is the line of communication of the customer  because of their service or  product.

Advantage

  • The customer is make happy because of their performance
  • update the customer
  • listen the customer opinion

Disadvantage

  • they will not good willing to pay because their service
  • cannot conduct the cooperation of the customer
  • create the misunderstanding between

  1. Well we give the time or months to fix their problems of the company or their service to have no problems they come

  • improve the problem of the company
  • prepared what they service to be success
  • well communicate to other head of the company

  • the problem was trouble to the other
  • they will not understand the problems
  • create misunderstanding to the chief executive

the recently proposed plan by the company regarding the pricing system of the service the senior manager of the company failed to anticipate the possible response of some groups who used phone with notable frequency
