Self-Reflection questions- Homeless to Harvard

Throughout the movie we see Liz Murray overcame tremendous odds as she transformed herself from a homeless teen to a Harvard graduate. What I enjoyed/ loved was that she over came the her parents addiction and never gave in to peoples opinions. What I disliked was was seeing how her mother treated her family and how her mother suffered it was horrible to watch i cant even imagine what it must of felt like to be Liz Murray.

What most inspired me was her will power to keep on going wether it to study her, to keep on going after she lost everything and as well as not to give in to doing drugs like her parents. Her strength was so brave. It inspired me that even in the hardest of times that one must suck it up and move on, and not let anything get in the way of you dreams.

Liz Murray had to over come many obstacles in order to follow her dream to Harvard, she pushed herself to take ten courses, have a job, and do everything she could in order to go to
