Dedication and Commitment

. I would like to start by saying how genuinely delighted I am to have you all here today in this very special occasion not just because I am going to deliver a message but today is the day one of Gods handsome creation born. It is the day of our Battallion Commander, Happiest Birthday Sir…!!!

Being a police officer is a tough work, dedication and commitment are two important factors to endure and that I will be going to discuss today.

There are so many ways, strategies and even formulas promulgated by exemplary figures in our organization that would guide all men of uniform toward the pathway of success in all their endeavors. The doctrines which they have advocated were constantly bombarded in our system from the very moment we took our oath as Police Officers, until this epoch. In our trainings these doctrines were given emphasis to hone us further and to enhance our knowledge.

I know no Police Officer want to hear this but it’s unfortunate that it has to e said that; the community is still not satisfied of the services this organization has offered to them. In media for instance, the PNP is always criticized by their alleged corrupt practices. However, suffice it to say that they were only few compared to those who keep there trust and confidence to us.

These are facts confuse our integrity and commitment to the citizenry of our country, and somehow prompted others to leave the organization. These are the cogent challenges that our leaders were facing before, today and perhaps in the future, if our organization fails to find for the remedy of these problems.

Who then will cure our shortcomings? Well, in this juncture allow me reiterate the language used by our wise leaders; “the
