I could say that female and male managers don’t differ because it really depends on the person if he or she is a good manager. The management style doesn’t depend on the gender of a person rather than it depends on the person himself or herself.

In relation to my career, as a nurse having a male or female head or manager doesn’t matter after all. Sex difference is not a basis of becoming a good manager because in order to become a good manager a person should have high-potential managerial talent and should possess proper knowledge, skills, and good attitude. The managers I have in my workplace are mixed with male and female. Regardless of their sex, they were able to supervise well our organization. The success of our organization is because of the teamwork and the good management we have right now.

Both genders have an important role to play in every organization. People should be gender-blind and should focus on the leadership style that a certain person is applying in the organization. Never compare a person from one another because a person is a unique individual.

Men will have a vital role to play in this restructuring of the workplace. Qualities such as decisiveness, assertiveness, and risk taking that have been considered masculine will be valuable in creating the workplace
