What does it mean the expression “Steep Your Soul"?

Let's think about the word "steep", that can be an adjective and a verb. As an adjective, it’s an almost straight up or down. As a verb, it's the act to put something in a liquid for a period of time, for instance, the action of putting the tea into the water in a mug. Thinking about the adjective, let's imagine we are at the bottom of a very steep hill that we have to climb.
