There are many noble events and charismatic people who have shaped our nations history. From the discovery of the Americas by accident by the Spaniards or the great wars that have shaped our homeland. There is not really just one significannot

event or person who can hold the title of being the most momentous person or event to be part of the United State’s history. It all depends on where you have come from. If your from the southern states like Florida or Mexico. The major fights against the Europeans from overtaking there land and trying to con the Floridians into take worthless money form the Europeans for there land. If you are from up north , the battle for Canada which was called the war of 1812 impacted almost everyone’s lives. In the world today , a devastation brought upon a human being trough centuries of agony and pain . Characterized as being humane to some and a extreme neglect to others is consistent with the slavery brought about on African Americans from the first settlement in the United States in 1776.

Slavery is “the practice of keeping people in servitude and buying and selling them as property, was a worldwide phenomenon, especially in areas where there was plenty of land but a shortage of labor. Slavery has a definition, but a definition that cannot be justified in words of its meaning. The Europeans brought these African Americans over form Africa to help them make money by raising crops such as cotton, and making a huge impact doing servant work for wealthy land owners.
