EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The objective of my report is to enhance the business performance of Bajaj Automobiles in India. In this report first the basic literature review has been done in order to understand the important factors which enhance the business performance of the automobile industry in India. After the review a supporting questionnaire survey is taken and the important findings were determined. After this the business plan and the marketing plan was initiated for the new strategy. All the data in the first three chapters were collected on the basis of secondary analysis and the sixth chapter was done on the basis of both primary and secondary analysis.
