AFFIRMATIVE ACTION

It is the policy of the Company to employ qualified persons of the greatest ability without discrimination against any employee or applicant for employment because of age, ancestry, color, gender, HIV status, marital status, medical condition, national origin, physical or mental disability, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, veteran status (Vietnam era, special disabled veteran, or other veteran who served on active duty during a war, campaign, or expedition, for which a campaign badge has been authorized [“covered veteran”]), family leave status, or any protected group status as defined by law.

To implement this policy, the Company has established Affirmative Action Programs by which we undertake that:

1. The Company will recruit, hire, train, and promote qualified persons in all job titles without regard to age, ancestry, color, gender, HIV status, marital status, medical condition, national origin, physical or mental disability, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, status as a covered veteran, family leave status or any protected group status as defined by law.

2. The Company will base decisions on employment so as to further the principle of Equal Employment Opportunity.
