1.Javanet has decided to help train customers who are not familiar with the internet and the computer. The idea of helping build market potential into almost guaranteed customers is a strength of this marketing plan. Most Internet cafes only cater for people who are familiar with the “know how” of computers and the internet, this way the older population group misses out on a lot of benefits that the internet can offer.

2. Javanet has also decided to set aside 20% of sales revenue for marketing of the business, this is a good amount of money for a start. Marketing is the most vital part of any business in today’s commercial world as it is the link between the business and its customers. While most businesses are not able to contribute so much towards marketing others don’t realise the potential marketing has in improving sales and gross profit.
