With the biometric time system all employees must clock in and out using a finger touch pad. This system identifies the employee and records the time worked.
The internet is used at Kudler Fine Foods in several different ways. Kudler utilizes the internet for bank reconciliation. Bank reconciliations are preformed daily. The bank accounts are accessed via online banking functionality provided by the financial institutions. The internet is used as a form of advertisement for customers to browse the products and services that Kudler Fine Foods offers. Also Kudler is set up on a computer network, so that information can be transferred between the headquarters and store locations. Being able to transfer and disseminate information on an internal computer network system is convenient.
If Kudler didn’t have access to the forms of technology and the use of the internet, the daily operations of management and store employees would be more time consuming and more stressful.
