Education is the fundamental foundation for success in today’s complex business world. The more that an individual knows and understands, concerning any issues, the better he or she is able to handle situations and problems as they occur. J personally wants to further his education at an institution of higher learning, so that he would become smarter concerning business administration. He really hopes that by earning his master’s degree, J will encompass all aspects of business ethics, logic, administration, and decision making. This should enable him to effectively apply these values to his everyday interactions in the workplace.
The reason that Mr. J decided to pursue his Master of Business Administration (MBA) was purely to increase his knowledge of how the business world operates, and to determine what tools he would need to be competitive in the challenging business arena. It is truly amazing how quickly technology changes the way that people do business and how these changes affect the work environment. As a leader, J will have to be prepared for these changes and always try to stay one step ahead of the altering business world. He must be educated on his job, as well as the jobs of people that work for him and around him. Mr. J must know exactly how to manage personnel to effectively achieve success on a daily basis. In order to accomplish that, he felt that continuing his education was the best pursuit. The courses in the MBA program are structured in a method that would mold his studies into being a better leader, as well as enhance learning techniques that would assist in successful managerial skills.
When Mr. J completes his MBA, he hopes to have gained valuable business routines to effectively lead individuals and successfully manage a corporation. J feels that some of the decision making analysis and classes will definitely be beneficial when it becomes
