It was not an easy decision to pursue my Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree because I have been attending college for most of my adult life. After completing my undergraduate degree I realized that I needed to continue advancing my education to be successful in my career choices. I decided to pursue my MBA through the University of Phoenix so that I can obtain the skills and knowledge needed to advance personally and in my career goals. Earning an MBA will give me the benefits of leadership skills, effective communication skills and will help me to learn how to work in a team and work together through group dynamics.
I completed my Bachelor of Health Sciences in Healthcare Management in August of 2007. Shortly after graduation I thought that I wanted to earn a degree in nursing with the idea of becoming a chief nursing officer. My heart wasn’t dedicated to following through with nursing school and I chose a different career path after the first two weeks of school. I
