As we continue with our education at the University of Phoenix we find useful tools that allow us to search important material for each class we take. Tools that will help mold each of us into successful business adults for years to come. Each class has a different professor in which each one has a unique way of teaching to each class, real life experiences that can only be shared and used as a learning tool for each class member. Every six weeks classes form separating into teams, where each week these teammates have to work together on a computer scattered all over the world trying to piece together the perfect paper. One last tool each student will have a chance to learn about is problem-based learning. A tool that allows each student who works in a team atmosphere to dissect different problem situations in order to gain a better understanding, sharper skills and, have a better attitude.
We are taken directly to the rEsource page after we have typed in our username and password. This is where each student has an opportunity to click on different links. This tool we have allows each student to expand each of the student’s horizons without leaving the University web page. rEsource offers a wide variety of information 24 hours a day seven days a week which makes it hard to fail here at University of Phoenix . With so much opportunity to the student, getting a failing grade is almost impossible for any student.
There are links to click on for each of the six weeks we attend school for every class. These links start with week one and end with week six. After a student has opened the link one can find more links to click on in order to determine what will be expected during each week.
Other useful links include the “Service” tab; here is where a student might help students write a paper correctly by proof reading it, check it for plagiarism and, even APA style. If the student happens to get in a crunch to meet the deadline he can use “WritePoint” for instant corrections or if you want a real person to proof read your paper select “TutorReview”. This one usually takes three to four days before a graded paper is returned. Other than the “Service” tab the choices are: For your Program and Resource Information. In the center of the page one will find different tabs that might say “Previous Courses” that display all the courses a student has already taken at University of Phoenix, “Current Courses” which is the class they are currently enrolled in and, “Next Courses” which allows students to see what class they are enrolled in next and when they will start. rEsource is a very useful tool provided to each student who is enrolled at the University of Phoenix.
Each class at the University of Phoenix requires that students be put in a group setting and work together on different papers and discussing questions. The purpose of this is to help students learn how to
