The 21st century has brought tremendous advancements in technology, sophistication, and demands in business. To capture the highly critical and savvy market-share, businesses must remain current with technology and hire personnel who are informed and educated. To advance in my current position and remain an employee in demand, I must further my education with the assistance of a continuing education program. My work reward values and my abilities are fundamental as adapting influences to my interests, and the summation of all these features is what makes my approach to a career in business unique.
My motivation for pursuing my Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) in Global Management is career advancement and the ability to get positive results through people. In today’s revolutionary business world, commerce has become an international marketplace. Numerous companies deal with global corporations, organizations, and people. The necessity for proficient and experienced business people who can contend with this worldwide marketplace is an essential characteristic of a viable business. With a Global Management MBA, I can become just the professional needed by one of these companies. A Global Management MBA will endow me with the means, competence, poise, and skills that I require to thrive in this field. The direct result of the additional abilities and knowledge gained through the University of Phoenix MBA program is international business knowledge and job promotion.
A Global Management MBA will provide me with the ability to get results in an effective and efficient manner and pursue a successful career in a variety of industries, across geographical and functional boundaries. This ability to get results is in demand, and thus, means financial security. I have the option to get results for the corporation or my own entrepreneurial venture. In addition to providing security and a higher salary, the opportunity to learn and grow with a variety of people in different environments is a very appealing aspect of pursuing my degree.
The sponsorship of my employer made now the best time to pursue my degree. I had to work many hours to pay for my college degree. The stress and lack of time detracted from my academic focus and the efficient, effective obtainment of knowledge.
