Executive Summary
The report follows the event of Sofia’s Pata dismissal. On January 2016 Larisa’s Plaisio manager decide to fire Sofia Pata on the grounds that she did not applied by the previous recommendations that were made from her manager. The event escalated right after the release of a letter from Worker’s Association and reach the peak when Sofia filed an action against Plaisio demanding her rightful rehiring.
The findings that outcome for the production of this report, regarding the events that took place at a store in Larisa of company Plaisio can be divided into the following main topics:
