Project 2 requires that you use the Prentice Hall’s Self-Assessment Library 3.3 CD-ROM that came with your purchase of a new 12th edition textbook.

If you chose to buy the book from a source other than the required ordering through MBS Direct you may not have received this vital software. Project 2 consists of 26 Self-Assessment exercises; however, you may skip Exercise 2: What’s My Jungian 16-Type Personality? as you did a more complete version for Project 1.

Grading criteria

The paper must include the following:

1. A summary paragraph on what you have learned about yourself through each of the five sections of exercises. That is, one paragraph on Personality Insights, the next on Values and Attitude Insights, etc. While these exercises are primarily intended for your role as a manager, it is recommended that you also apply insights learned to your other roles as husband/wife, friend, parent, etc.

2. A comprehensive analysis, synthesis, and evaluation about what you have learned about yourself.
