My first recommendation is to expand close to Dubai such as China Beijing, in order to gain that knowledge of expansion so that the restaurant can expand further to other countries. China Beijing is a great location for Raju Omlet because of the country having 15,051 Indian National living in China they would understand and want to experience that homelike feeling at the restaurant. The market price compared to China Beijing and Dubai is higher by 34.20% showing that the cost in China Beijing is cheaper. The disadvantage in this would be the cost of expanding to another country and cost of location and marketing. The price of the menu would have to decrease by a dollar to be able to match the market price in Beijing.
Second recommendation, the one that I suggest the most, is to keep Raju Omlet as the niche stay in Dubai and just expand in nearby. The restaurant can start with a delivery service to the people around Dubai that would want to enjoy their eggs at home that way they can also expand with people getting to know them more. Using delivery for Raju Omlet they also gain opportunities in targeting more diversified customers around Dubai. This recommendation
