Quality of Human resource depends on quality of new recruits.
Recruitment is the process of finding and attracting capable applicants for employment.
In small organization managers become involved in recruiting process but in large organziations professional recuiters are used to find and attract capable applicants.
Some challenges that recruiters face:
Recruiters face a big challenge to attract applicants.
Growing competition for scarce human resource forces recruiters to hire qualifiable candidates(people who need more comprehensive post hire training and development).
As globalization increases diverse workforce complicates process of recruitment.
