COMPANY ANALYSIS
4.1 Marketing Analysis
In three months and half doing INTRA, the trainee has managed to come out with an analysis for marketing department using SWOT and Porter’s 5 Forces analysis. The trainee using SWOT analysis to create a framework for identifying and analyzing the internal and external factors that can have an impact on the viability of a project, product, place or person within marketing department. While Porter’s five forces model is an analysis tool that uses five industry forces to determine the intensity of competition in an industry and its profitability. The whole idea here is that when the project is started, the trainee need to have a clear picture of all the work that needs to happen on the assigned project, and as the project or event progresses, the trainee needs to keep that scope up to date and written down in the project’s scope management plan.
4.2 SWOT Analysis
SWOT Analysis is a useful technique for understanding your Strengths and Weaknesses, and for identifying both the Opportunities open to you and the Threats you face. In a business context, the SWOT analysis enables organizations to identify both internal and external influences. SWOT analysis also help organizations develop a full awareness of all the factors, positive and negative, that may affect strategic planning and decision-making, using SWOT analysis is a great way to improve business operations and decision-making.

4.3.2 Strengths
i. Teamwork
Operation and sales department having a good team work in their working activity which they able to work in team without having any problem, where they can help each other to maximize their work performance and increase productivity. They always discuss if have any issues and try to solve.
ii. Communication
Communication makes the operation department more efficient and effective. During the internship, the other staffs communicate well with each other. If got problems, all will do brainstorming to find the solutions. It is a good thing to apply in workplace.
iii. Commitment
As a part operation and sales department, our team will receive a lot of event every month to complete in some period time. They give full commitment during handling the project. They are willing to do overtime to finish up the project on time. It is the way to staff achieves their goals for long-term sustainability.
iv. Clear objective/guidelines
Operation and sales department always briefing with team before they get started their project to make sure the project that they are handling will run smoothly. For example, each project the ready prepares their produce manual so that make the team easy to follow the guidelines and can complete the task given perfectly.
4.3.3 Weakness
i. Lack of understanding
In operation and sales department, they have some problem that lead misunderstands between team manager and staff. For example, during handling the project they do not have a good communication because they have opposite opinion among them self. This issues cause trouble some to achieve the project accomplishment.
