Most of the country has its own rules, the rules that made by the government in that country itself. The rules that the government makes to control the people and also to avoid something bad happen. For example, one of the rules is they prohibited the young people to take the drugs before they reached 18th years old. But as we can see that most of the young people break the rules, they take the drugs while they still young.
In my point of view, I agree that the government makes the rules. They make the rules for all of the people, especially the young generations, so they won’t get the wrong ways in their life. But they have their freedom to make their own choice, they can accept or they can break the rule with one condition, that they take their own consequence in the future if there’s something happen in their life. The rules that made by government is needed as a bottom line in our life, however at the end the choices are made by themselves which it lead them to take their own responsibilities of their choices they choose.
