In this week paper, I will be discussing what total quality management (TQM) is. Discuss the impact on globalization. According to Management help organization, TQM is define as a set of management standards and practices that management uses with the entire organization. In addition, I believe that a traditional style deals with the short-term and TQM deals with the long-term. An example of such style would be if an organization makes a decision today, it tends to look towards the future and on how it can retain its customers from coming year after year. Traditional styles on the other hand, will look to make sure that profit is present today and will worry about the outcome later on. Another example of traditional style is that most of its solution is base on feeling or opinion and TQM is more focus on a solution and finding that such solution will work for the organization. Traditional styles uses the opinion of its board of directors when making the decision and not
