In life we learn many lessons. One lesson I have learned is that hard work pays off over time. I learned this lesson by doing all my choirs every day for a year. My reward was a 52” TV. Hard work pays off over time is one of the many lessons that I have learned. In Bearstone by Will Hobbs the main character Cloyd Atcitty learns many valuable lessons. Several of these lessons include you should always do your best in school, revenge against others really doesn’t help, and hard work pays off over time.
One lesson Cloyd learns is that you should always do your best in school. Cloyd gets all F’s because he doesn’t do anything. Now he has to go work on the Walters ranch all summer, instead of being with his grandmother. I can relate to Cloyd because I have had a similar experience in my life, for example, I got WFed from a class. The reason I got WFed from a class, that I had an A+ in, was for skipping. I skipped class for the last eight days of school to go play basketball with my friends during

An example of revenge for me is killing all of my moms’ flowers. The reason I killed my moms’ flowers is that she grounded me when she had no reason to. I didn’t even do what she said I did my little brother did. I got grounded then, when
