ENQUIRY ON RESERVATION FOR FAREWELL DINNER

We came across your advertisement in flyers of 20 February 2015 about your restaurant that provided a reservation for any event and we would like to make a reservation for farewell dinner.

Our company is one of the travel and tourism company that still growing in this industry in Malaysia. One of the senior staff in administrative department is about retire at the end of next month. So, we would like to make the reservation at 1 December 2015 and our department have 10 staff in total. We also have budgeted around RM350.

We would appreciate if you could let us have details about how much the deposit we have to pay and the terms of payment. We also would like to have more details of the menu and list of price.

We refer to your advertisement in Berita Harian dated 1st April 2015 that you were supplier of school wear and we would appreciate more information about the purchasing school uniforms.

As target department store in Mydin Wholesale Hypermarket, we are trying to expand the collection of stock school uniforms for the coming school year 2016. We would like to purchase the supply from your company because we got good feedback about your product’s quality. We would require 100 shirts, 100 pinafore dresses and 100 black trousers in range primary school student’s size. Payment is normally made by letter of credit.
