Dear Mr. Anderson

I am having a Dell Insprion 530, which I had bought six month ago. A major problem has occurred to my computer and it has got exploded. I would like to have an entire computer replac, which I think is covered under the terms of my warranty.

The incident took place two weeks ago on March 17. On that day it was raining heavily along with lightening and I was working on the internet site http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yveXjFYoQ4g&feature=dir . To my bad luck, Lightening has struck on one of the major electric al power line of my street and it has created a disaster to the electric appliances of my house, one of items affected by lightening
