For millions of year marriages has been refer to as “ a universal institution whereby men and women are joined in a special kind of dependence for the purpose of founding and maintaining a family.” In today’s society one has to wonder what is now considered to be normal, gay marriages should not be legalized.
One reason why gay couples are fighting for their marriages to be legalized is because marriage offers real benefit on those who choose to participate in it, an example of this would be the tax breaks that married couple receives. Male and Female are created and is proven scientific; they were both created to be together. They are drawn to perform relation that creates life. One should also note that no animal in the animal kingdom is found to have gay tendencies. Marriage is a privilege and not a right.
The contradiction of a gay relationship is that one of the two is known to play the opposite sex. Why is that? As far as civil right that is concerned marriage is a right otherwise polygamy, incestuous marriages and other banned marriages would have to be considered and allowed. Thus, this proves that marriage is a privilege, proof positive by the marriage license issued by the state.
