The procedure consists of a sequence of acts or operations that are normally to be carried out in a certain order in the presence of certain authorities or individuals in order to obtain the execution of a legal act. Legal procedure has the following features:
it is clearly stated in the regulations (for example, the procedure for admission to universities is spelled out in the Rules of admission to universities);
it concerns the performance of legal activities (marriage, pension, registration of enterprises, etc.).);
violation of the legal procedure, as a rule, entails the occurrence of adverse consequences (for example, violation of the order of admission to the University entails the cancellation of the order of enrollment);
focused on achieving a specific goal
guarantees the effectiveness of legal activities.
The legal procedure is a standard established procedure implementation of legal activities aimed at the implementation of substantive law and protected from violations of sanctions. Legal procedures are important in private law, but they are even more applicable in public law.
