Our Chief of clinics, have discussed to me that I should make a request letter regarding the previously agreed compensation for the use of private property, specifically, personal equipments and instruments for public utilization. He told me that you are ordering me to make such request.
We all know that ophthalmic instruments are quite expensive and numerous; damage to one or several parts or to the whole instrument itself can at times cost a fortune. This is to inform you, sir, that all ophthalmologic intruments and equipments that are being used in our hospital for public usage belong to the undersigned.
