The Anti versus Federalist

“When a building is to be erected which is intended to stand for ages, the foundation should be firmly laid,”- (Brutus). When you compare the constitution to this its shows that we have to think about the future of the next generation. As the Anti-Federalist said that every person should be protected from the stronger enemy. And how when a person is accused of a crime they should not be prosecuted until he is fully acquainted with what they are charged for.

I personally favor the view of the Anti-Federalist for at least two reasons one would have to be the fact that they wanted to change for a much fairer constitution for all. The reason I like this is because it would not jump to conclusion right away, for say if a person commits a crime they will not be held guilty. Until the facts are all clear that they truly committed this crime. In addition after these many years that this was made it has not failed until something started to change
