The Gernville and Sugar Act was when British soldiers were protecting the colonist from threats after the war and the colonists did not want their protection because they have been protecting themselves for over 150 years. Minister said the colonist should pay the troops and taxed the colonies to raise money. The Stamp Act- This was a government tax stamp on legal documents and the colonists did not think this was a good idea so the protested this law. Another law they did not like was the quartering act, the colonist would have to find homes for the soldiers. The Townshend Acts- This act angered the colonist because the townshend found a new way to tax the colonies due to the fact that the some people in britain thought the parliament was given to the colonies too often. brought back the writ of assistance which allowed officers to search home for smuggled goods without a search warrant. These were the most important to pushing the to war because their right were taken away by the british.

2.I do not agree agree with this statement although in the chapter it said, they attacked innocent civilians, they had a right to do so. They disliked the british because they remind the colonists of british control, arrogance and the british soldiers that were paid poorly took a part time job while they were off duty. This tensions between the colonist and britain's only occurred because of the away the colonist were treated by the britains or the laws that the passed that were not fair for the colonist, this was not the fault of the colonist they were fighting for their rights.

3. I would recommend you to join the revolution because us colonist are not being treated equally with Great Britain. The colonists are getting all her rights taken away such as privacy. Because of this the Boston Massacre occurred where the colonists attacked great britain. We are not getting treated well, we have to pay the troops, we have to find homes for the troops, we are now getting taxed on many things this is “taxation without representation” and also we have our right of privacy taken away because of the writs of assistance. Having you join this revolution would be a pleasure for us colonists.

4.The colonists are ready to revolt because they think that the british are a threat and were always in control. The colonists formed a force of minute men and are ready to attack the british at short notice. They will not back down until they get what's right which is equality and their rights back.

5.The British had gone to lexington and concord to confiscate the weapons of the colonist but the militia had already been waiting for them angry. It was the militains fault for the shots being fired at the lexington green.
