Utopia

The book UTOPIA was written by Thomas More. It is a satire on the contemporary world. This is my version.

Every morning, people wake up to a domestic cockerel screaming in their ears at sunrise. People in my utopia live in glass domes in which the atmosphere is controlled by an air-conditioning system on the skirting board area. Instead of carpet there is fine green grass and all the furniture is biodegradable. All food is organically grown and for breakfast the people usually eat chilled fruit as it is healthier than something like Coco Pops.

For transport people use hydrogen cars as other forms of fuel have been made illegal for commercial and unauthorized private use. There is a misty cloud above the roads as water vapour is given off by the cars. The streets are clean as there are heavy fines for littering and chewing gum has been banned. Smoking is seen as vile but has not been prohibited in some places.

Most people work from home as now the information age has long outpaced the traditional pen and paper and now inhabitants
