“The Science of Resilience”Synthesis In the article “The Science Resilience,Why Some Children can thrive despite Adversity”,the writer Bari Walsh wants us to learn that children who’ve had faced a horrible experience once in their life,could change it with the help of resilience and a strong adult relationship.There are 3 examples that could help prove my case that children with a strong adult relationship could repair their childhood trauma.For example,in the article the second paragraph states that”the power of that one strong adult relationship is a key ingredient in resilience”(Walsh 1).Therefore,a positive relationship with a child and a adult could help the child with their problems because they could talk to them about how they feel or it helps the children not face adversity alone but instead with the help of another person point of view and this helps motivate their resilience because the adults are telling them not give up and bounce back to the problem.Another one for instance,would be where paragraph four is in,it states that”interactions that happen between a young child and a primary caregiver;could occur regularly,they could provide the scaffolding that helps build a key capacities”(Walsh 1).As a result,the ability to plan,monitor,and regulate behavior and could adapt to changing circumstances,this helps children to face adversity and thrive.The article continues to say that the children brains could be buffered
