Conflict

Conflict is a disagreement among 2 or more people usually occurring from a difference in opinions it can manifest in the form of a simple disagreement all the way up to and including an all out war and stems from the inability to express their different incompatible or biased ideas and this usually results in conflict. When a failure occurs in group’s critical thinking process occurs such as the failure to express feelings doubts and other emotions to other croup member’s conflict occurs and the group’s decision is flawed because one or more group members weren’t forthcoming about how they felt about a particular topic.
