The Dirty Pretty Thing is about illegal immigrant sell their kidney in exchange for cash or a fake passport. The donation of kidney and other human organs was very low that it was far from making the demand of human organs. Since the supply was so low, the price for human organ was very high. However, no matter how much the price offered not much people accept the offer. For illegal immigrant, the biggest incentive was the fake passport that enabled them and their family became a legal resident. In a way, I feel very bad for the illegal immigrant.
