There was a movie that changed the way the media viewed war. The movie “Saving Private Ryan” has and will continue to leave a mark on anyone who sees it. It’s a movie so powerful

that the men who lived through some of the actual events couldn’t bear to watch it. The movie starts out giving you look through the eyes of the men on the biggest marine and ground invasion in history, engaging in a war with a scope and magnitude never seen in history. Then it takes the viewer on a journey

through France on the inside of a war and heroism at it’s very finest .

The movie starts with men crapmed together in an amphibious vehicle, praying and throwning up from nerves and the ocean. When the front ramp opens a wall of lead rips through the first half of men. From there the soldiers faced the biggest and most defensive wall ever. During the battle the director Steven Speilberg puts you in the boots of the men on the ground. All as he orchestrates the most realistic combat scene to date.

After that battle the movie fast forwards a few days into the invasion of Europe. The writer has Tom Hanks character pick his best rangers to go on a special mission behind enemy lines. The dialogue through there journey was more than believable and gives you a look at the real conversations that would of been had. The writer of this movie is obviously a man who lived as a soldier. The writer keeps you on the edge of your seat as you follow these rangers to “Saving private ryan”. The cast of this film is star studded and full of hollywood veterans. In preparation
