One of a prized possession for me would be an old fashioned watch given by my grandmother ten years ago. My grandmother bought this watch fifty years ago for my grandfather forty years old birthday. It was made by "Citizen Watch Co", rectangular shape style and has a leather straps. The watch was very popular back into 1940 because it was a "limited edition" watch. However, the price of the watch is not the reason for me to treasure it so much, the story behide is more important to me.
My grandmother purchased the watch for my grandfather birthday present, however, that was the only present my grandmother bought for my grandfather. During 1940, the economy wasn't so good in China. A lot of children needed to find a job to support their family. My grandmother was one of the child need to support her family. She found a job at a factory and she met my grandfather (manager of that factory). They felt in love quickly, my grandfather always gave her present or food to bring back for her family.
