There are certain things that will help a company be more creative. The success on implementing any business depends on both what you do and how you do it. First, you will need to understand the market, the company, the technology and the expected problems. Second, you should observe real people in real life situations to find out how they operate and their likes and dislikes. Third, you should fantasize about your business ideas and who will actually use it.
I believe this is the most effective part of brain storming in any implementing process. Once all of these steps have been exercise the individual should go back over things to evaluate and refine the business plan because no idea is perfect and can’t be improved.
Finally, you can implement the idea for advertising by following these basic methods anyone will be able to create anything from minor to major businesses. This process has created products that have saved millions of lives and displayed outstanding results.
All businesses should care about creativity and I believe we all have a creative side that should be encouraged. Also, once you start observing all kinds ideas and opportunities can appear. Even sometimes you can find inspiration by just observing yourself. Being surrounded by people who follow directions and won’t even consider doing things differently isn’t much help because you learn more from those who breaks the rules.
Many believe their job is complete after a plan is written but it has only begun. A solid implementation plan has direction and long term goals. I would start by asking pertinent questions like what is the timeline for meeting the goal, who will be responsible for the creating the timelines, what strategies can be used to develop the plan and what funding is available to me.
