In an Coorporation or buisiness the manager plays a big role in the social; statis and management within the company. Management consist of getting things done through others this is why social status and relationships with co workers or their employees are very important. There are four management function's that can help you execute management decision or project most efficiently and effectively: Planning, organizing, leading, and controlling.(Management 5)
Planning is determining organizational goals and how to go about achieving them. Organizing is deciding where decisions will be made, who will do what jobs and tasks, and who will work for whom.
