The University of Phoenix has a distinct style of learning promotion that uses rEsource, learning teams, and Problem-based learning. An exploration of one's rEsource reveals an e-book collection, a writing center, and a university library. These three assets can decrease the cost of one's education and maximize time management. Learning teams can be an asset through the promotion of function conflict, and the capitalization of personal strengths. The problem-based learning method can clarify and prevent conflict.
