A3 .Contagious Anxiety:
Anxiety can be absorbed through various symptoms of anxiety. It can be absorbed through Frozen smile , sweating , trembling, lump in throat, dry mouth ans stressed out, mostly which are Phase one symptoms of anxiety. A deep observation will show more symptoms of contagious anxiety , which would differ from person to person. As, the word suggests �contagious’ it is the anxiety created through the environment and people around them, who are also having a anxiety problem.
A4. Xenia and �Thank you’.
The words of appreciation and gratitude are �xenia’ & �thank you’, which plays a very important role in manger’s day-to -day life. Appreciating co- workers and sub – ordinates is important for they personal boost and growth. The words play important role when it comes to sub ordinates , who are more satisfied and happy when the higher management (i.e. manager) recognise they good work and appreciates then with these words �xenia’ and thank you’.
B1 .Enunciation
Importance of communication is well known by everyone in today life. Enunciation of our thought and getting across your thoughts to the audience is very important for a successful speech. The person with clear thought and articulates his/her thought would be heard and received well with the listeners. Competition is at every stage of life, so to stand on in a crowd and out your idea/opinion/suggestion needs excellent enunciation. Accent and the diction each person uses differ from person to person, country to country. American have a complete different accent compared to Indians. Accent can be carried , but too much of accent in a business place will not be very appealing. Enunciation is about articulation your idea/thought/opinion/suggestion .
Few means to achieve enunciation is through:
1. Create the willingness to communicate within yourself.
2. Having a clear idea and strategy in your mind about what you want to say.
3. Practise on your pronunciation of words.
4. Try explaining with simple words and clear voice.
5. The idea/suggestion/opinion should be in context and supported.
6. Practise the delivery of your speech and see whether enunciated well enough.
7. Improve your vocabulary through reading lot of books.
8. Control your anxiety while communicating.
9. Participate in elocutions and other public talks.
10. Observe successful people talk and how they enunciate they thoughts across and have a impact on the audience.
B3. Counter Stage Fright
Stage Fright is the most common and popular fright among all the speakers. As a beginner everyone do have the stage fright. The type of stage fright and reason behind the stage fright are numerous , what’s most important how do we overcome to be a successful speaker. The ways to counter commonly experienced type of stage frights are:
1. Understand the fact that everyone is scared of stage and talking in front of audience. You’re not the only one.
2. Be well prepared for a speech, builds up confidence in the person and prepares to take any question from the audience.
3. Get the willingness to communicate .
4. Try to relax yourself and put your anxiety under control.
5. Think about the person , who gives you confidence.
6. Positive self talk
7. Participate more in public speaking, elocutions.
8. Focus on the subject and forget the audience.
9. Think of what you lost in life and then compare whether
