For and in the amount of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars for one photographs provided by licensor, the undersigned hereby consents to and authorizes the use and reproduction of the photograph(s) (the "Photograph") in the show entitled “The Search for DMC” (the "Production") produced by MTV Networks, a division of Viacom International Inc. ("MTVN"). MTVN shall have the right to exhibit, transmit and distribute the Photograph(s) on All TV, Worldwide for a period of three (3) years commencing initial airdate and shall have the right to include the Photograph(s) in the advertising and promotion of the Production.

The undersigned represents and warrants that it is the sole proprietor of all rights in and to the Photograph(s); that it has full power and authority to grant the rights granted to MTVN herein; that it has obtained all rights, consents and permissions, including but not limited to those of persons
