Duties of a Student

As a student, we have duties. Without duties, we would all be snotty teenage students. Being able to recognize our duties is very important for the teacher. If we don’t follow our duties it would be chaotic for our teachers. The teachers would no longer desire to teach us. We would be left to fend for our education. We would end up being stupid cavemen or cavewomen, because all teenagers are lazy. Our duties as a student are to behave, be responsible, and be respectful.

Behaving is quite important. If students never behaved, teachers would give up teaching and leave us. Being well behaved separates us students from animals. Behaving makes the learning environment much easier to learn in. Students wouldn’t bother one another, and teachers wouldn’t constantly yell at us. In Japan, the students are very well behaved. And because they are so well behaved, they are one of the smartest students in the world. They teachers don’t struggle to teach them compared to American students. Therefore, being well behaved benefits both students and teachers.

Responsibility is one of the key components as a student. We need to be responsible at all times. From doing and turning in our assignments, to being responsible enough to apply ourselves in school. Responsibility shows our teachers that we are mature enough to handle important tasks. All students want to be treated as a mature adult, but it’s only if we show that we are responsible that we are treated maturely.
