Caecilia is the most beautiful city, where only happy, attractive, and heathly people who control their own lives exist. The people of Caecilia are able to live life anyway they wish, except free. You know you arrived in the city of Caecilia because all of the roads lead you to the downtown area.
When you arrive downtown in the daytime, you will notice the sidewalks are so clean that they shine. There are gardens and flora everywhere you rest your eye. Between the gardens are buildings are so tall that tired clouds rest upon them. These buildings are constructed out of the most precious of metals and the clearest of crystals. The windows of the buildings sing when the sun shines upon them.
If you ask the people where to go in the city, they will all point you towards the lake. The surface of the lake is made of diamonds and reflects the glittering city. The people of the city exercise along its shores, laughing while running together. They splash in the water, soak in the sun, and play volleyball on the sand, unaware of the demons biting at their heels.
The mayor of the city is a portly gentleman with a sheepish smile. The people see the mayor as a god because he is responsible for making the city glorious. The mayor people see is only a puppet, and the real mayor is actually a dark figure, a demon that lurks in the shadows of the city. The city is under a spell that only the stars show. When night falls, the city lights that are invisible during the day shut out the stars and keep the people blind to their reality.
