Six Actors In Search of A Plot

Six actors in search of a plot was created by Muhammad Ahmed Zaher and Billy Yalowitz. I believe the play was exceedingly interesting. Never have I witnessed a play so different from others.

Six actors in search of a plot, originally involved eight actors/actress, but only two of the actresses played as the midwifes in the birth scenes of the show. The play involves both Palestinian and Jewish men and woman, who have been striving to get along with each other, especially this July when the bombing occurred within their countries. They have been working on this play for more than a year, slowly detaching their past of annoyance, and suspicion towards one another.

This play regards six young actors who are trying to put together a play, but can not decide on a plot. They are split into two groups of three, Jews and Arabs. Both group were having a difficult time communicating with each other. They decide to perform various scenes, trying
