Chinguacousy Park is located in Brampton, Ontario. This park has everything and is always packed with people. Most of the city’s celebrations take place in Chinguacousy Park since it is considered one of Brampton’s most prominent parks.

When I went inside the park, my first expression was “wow”! Everything was so perfect unlike most parks. I started to explore with the fear of getting lost since it was so large (thank God for the signs).

First I went to the farm with a petting zoo. I heard many noises and when I went inside the small barn, there were so many animals. There were baby donkeys, sheep, ducks, parrots, llamas and rabbits. I was surprised to see a new animal called a zedonk, which looked like a zebra and a donkey. This park even had tortoise rides where small children stand on the back of tortoises for a short ride. There were even pony rides. After getting sick of the disgusting smell and loud crying of little children, I went away and into the mini golf course.

The mini golf course was so awesome! There was laughter and the delicious smell of hot dogs and ice cream in the air. I played there with my sister for about an hour and when it started to get crowded I left.

After passing many gazebos and fountains, I found my way into the tennis courts. There was so much cheering since there was a game going on. Girls were playing against boys and obviously the girls won! There was even a volleyball court. Then I felt a few drops of water dropping on my face and I thought it was going to rain, but I was wrong because when I looked behind I saw a splash pool packed with children.

Just when I thought this park couldn’t get any better, I saw a bandshell where musicians were performing. I wasn’t much interested because the piece they were playing sounded pretty boring. While I was walking around to explore
