Invisible and Cancer Causing
Every day people walk around not thinking about anything around them. Except for maybe how beautiful it is out side. Yes it might be the perfect day, real bright and sunny, no clouds anywhere in the sky, and about 80BF. But right above you, even though you can’t see it, is an ozone layer. Im going to tell you about some good and bad aspects of so you might be able to get a better idea of what’s going on up there.
First I’ll go ahead and hit you with the bad aspects. Ozone is every where no matter where you are. It is considered our number 1 enemy. In the ozone there is what’s called CFC’s or carbon, florine, and chlorine. This atom is mainly in cars and foam like inside cushions. The chlorine in the CFC’s destroy the ozone, which is not good because even though ozone is bad for us it protects the earth at the same time. At times, especially during the summer, ozone can get to very high levels and can be hazardous to young children, elderly people, and people with asthma or other lung conditions. These days are generally called ozone action days where we are asked not to run a lawn mower, ride a bike or walk to where ever you have to go if possible, and if not possible ride a bus that is specially made
