 Improve their own country’s economy and security sectors.
Democracy
• Democracy is the relationship between the state and the individuals.
• It is also the procedural protection for civilians and also minorities.
• In divided societies, 51% is perhaps not sufficient for action to be taken. All minorities needs to be heard and agree to future laws (easier said than done). We take it for granted that society is divided. Elite agreement should represent the groups within that given society.
