The reason was to invade was to create space for Iraq’s leaders to reach an agreement to end Iraq’s civil war. I am against the Iraq war for a variety of reasons. At 15, I do not see the point of the Iraq War. I do not believe in the Iraq War because it is killing thousands of people, costing countries millions of dollars, and causing a lot of turmoil. The war must be ended, which is a reason to elect Barack Obama.
Thousands of Americans have been killed or injured during the Iraq War. No to mention the thousands of Iraqi’s killed and injured also. Bombings, shootings, and suicides are the reasons so many people are killed in the Middle East daily. Many American families are faced with the soldier coming to the door with the folded flag, and with the story of how their son or daughter was killed. That is a day families pray never to see everyday. Then there are the Iraq families that are not even fortunate enough to get the final goodbye. They live the rest of their lives never officially knowing what happened to their child.
