Those are the data of the applicant’s personal details, for the University to create and keep students file in their database.

3.Fee Status

Those are the student data to let Finance department decide how much fee the student need to pay (Home student or not).

Country of Birth

Country of usual permanent residence

If applicants not born in the UK or EU, it has those data:

The last date of entry to the UK or EU excluding Holidays

Have or have not apply for Refugee or Asylum status in the UK

Have or have not been granted indefinite leave to remain in the UK and the date Permanent Residence was granted

And if applicants entered the UK on Visa, will also have the date of visa expiry.

3. Payment of Fees

Data of who is paying the fees

Yourself/relative

Funding support and LEA name

Other Sponsor and need to specify

Employer

If the fee is pay by applicant’s Employer, also need:

Manager’s name

Manager’s signature

Company’s Name.

4. Programme Applied for

Data of what programme and mode applicant would like to study, and when he wishes to start:
