Please take a moment now to make sure you have activated your spellchecker (from the Tools menu click Options, and select the Spelling tab) and made the following change to your Outlook Express software. Start at the OE main screen menu by clicking Options from the Tools menu and then clicking the Maintenance tab. Please make sure you remove the check mark from Delete Read Message Bodies in Newsgroups and Delete News Messages XXX Days after being Downloaded. In this way you will have older notes to reference at any time you want to read them. If you do not change the default settings, messages will disappear from your computer five days from the time they were sent to the campus server.

· Types of systems

· Physical extent of the systems

· Services (i.e., voice messaging, teleconferencing, etc.).

Three Prepare a 3-4 page paper describing all of the telecommunications protocols used at Huffman Trucking and what applications are associated with each protocol.

Four Prepare a 2-3 page paper on the LANs at Huffman Trucking. Include the following:

· Physical extent of the LAN

· Number of nodes and workstation types (i.e., Pentium, etc.)

· Number of servers

· Applications (i.e., e-mail, Windows, MS Office, etc.)
