Databases are an organized collection of facts and information, having two or more related data files. Databases are loaded with facts and information on employees, customers, inventory, competitors’ sales information to buying online. A database is the most important resource on your computer-based information system. We have decided to use ERP, Enterprise resource planning, for our database in our organization.

Using ERP we will have an implicated system. We will coordinate operations with partners and suppliers. Detect and resolve exceptions and performance in real time, lower costs, comply with environmental health and safety laws, and get all Riordan Manufacturing corporations networking together. We are trying to implement, upgrade and expand our enterprise resource planning system. The ERP system offers world class supply chain processing consult, application implementation and IT infrastructure services. We will improve our inventory and manufacturing process.

Enterprise resource planning is a one stop shopping for end to end solutions that integrate high performance platforms, HP and partner infrastructure and application software, consulting and integration services, and support. It also has strategic and collaborative relationships as an SAP Global Service Partner. ERP also has a track record of working class clients in diverse

industries, more then half of all SAP installations world wide on HP systems.

With our new ERP system, we will increase share of available business.
